What will be the impact of chess being solved?

Since my Like list is ridiculously long, here's my Don't Bother list:

Oh Henry!

Mr Goodbar

5th Avenue

Zagnut

Zero

Almond Joy

Salted Nut Roll

Clark Bar

Idaho Spud

.....

Not much of a coconut fan, though I like Mounds.

Mountain Bars are fine if they are fresh. Big Cherry is similar and better, imo. Reese's cups go bad more quickly than most bars, usually drying up inside. A fresh Payday is nice; a not so fresh one a disappointment.

Wow, never tried the spud, but I would devour the rest in a second and the ones below, except the big cherry....never heard of it either.....

We're very different people.

Mr. Goodbar miniatures I can stomach, but I think the chocolate is too poor to enjoy a full size bar.

Also, I like a fresh Butterfinger. Old ones are too hard to eat. The only candy I know of that contains confectioner's cornflakes.

Snicker's has dairy butter.

I like Trader Joe's dark chocolate. The darker, the better.

I was just reading a candy blog and the subject was 100% cacao bars.

I never see them in the stores, settling for the Lindt 85% and 90% bars--which is plenty dark for me.

Anyway, the blogger's opinion was that for eating 100% is overkill.

My wife likes semi sweet baker's chocolate.... I am not a big dark chocolate fan btw....it's ok with an almond joy.... I actually prefer white chocolate, but it isn't very popular...

100% would be a bit much.

I wouldn't make a very good candy bar...I am often 100% nuts  Tongue Out

and many people don't share my taste...Cool

After chess is solved, all the ex chess players will just sit around at discuss their favorite candy bar. :) Also, I hate white "chocolate."

Avatar of nameno1had

I was joking with my boss at work today about how you can meet someone and they seem too good to be true and then you figure out one of their most unacceptable flaws...things like hating white chocolate and rooting for the Michigan Wolverines are high on my list...

That white crap is not even chocolate. Dark is better for you too.

If it's from the cocoa bean, it's real.

Too much fake stuff out there though, light, dark, and white.

White chocolate is good with macadamia nuts.

Avatar of nameno1had

I love white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies....

It's not. It contains cocoa butter, but that's it, so it's not chocolate.

It's a kind of chocolate, and it's real.

Not.
