I’ve had this problem too. I recommend not closing out the site, but refreshing the page.

I’m playing on my phone, I cannot refresh i should restart the app.
I’m playing next to modem, it is not wifi problem also it doesn’t show any alarm that connection is weak.

I’ve occasionally had to delete and reload the app I’m my phone and ipad. Does that seem to help?
This is e.g. my last game, I’m up a complete rook, my opponent‘s best chance is to go for perpetual check, but after 20-30 seconds that my opponent didn’t move I understood that this bug happened again. I closed the app and opened it but noticed that it already counted as lost for me.
Cheaters flood aside, this bug is intolerable.
