what is an ielts score?
Google would tell you.
It's an acronym for international English language testing system.
I finished my IELTS 7.5.
What is your requirement for IELTS?
According to my experience, it is a good idea to practice exam targeted English rather than improving overall English language.
Buy about 30-40 IELTS books,
1. Listening, (repeat listening again and again until you can catch at least 90% of what the speakers said. Only then you can paraphrase the key points)
2. Reading,(Practice for Speedy reading, practice where to skip and where to emphasize. It is impossible to read everything in very limited time)
3. Writing (Hardest area for most candidates. Write a lot, at least 200 for both short and long essays and ask a good teacher to correct your writing)
4. Speaking. (Write what you gonna talk including interjections . Practice writing topics those topics first and memorize. As a foreign speaker, you cant think, correct grammar, add interjections and practice body language at the same time like native speakers. However, add those step by step, and it will be easier. )
Good luck.
My ielts score is not up to the standard. I hope to improve my English through the communication of chess.I have 2100 points on http://chess.com , and I can practice with everyone and guide http://them.As long as they speak English
