i dont want you to think that i want to bring it up again what happen before borg,but i think i didnt abuse goldendog though,if you remember he is the one who called me first a lucifer.but its okay to me now borg,because i already apologize to him,and that is the most important thing to me to do.

"David" was making an analogy. He was comparing what the aliens were doing and he said: "It's like in chess... you strategically position your pieces and then strike.".
In chess if you are tactically positioning your pieces, you are only setting traps and if you opponent sees through the traps you will lose since you are not maintaining your position.
So in other words, the script-writers were very correct.
