This is like the third time now I've checked and there's only like 3 people in a league. I've tried leaving and joing a new one but everything there is like no one

You should get placed in a working division after your next game.

Yes this happened to me a while ago, my friend. Very bad. Which league are you in?
I am in champ and it sometimes takes weeks to find players

It shouldn't. There were bugs late last year where some divisions were getting stuck but that isn't normal.
I haven't been placed in a league for the past like 5 months.
