Why are my games rated lower compared to similar games from higher rated players?

I've been noticing when I have games with high accuracy 90% or better with zero mistakes, misses, inaccuracy's and blunders I don't get that game rated higher than 1500. (see attached image). I looked at games from GMs with the same move amounts and almost Identical game reviews like the one I attached and they get rated 2800 or higher for the game. Can someone explain what I am missing here? It feels like I can only get rated so high for 1 game because I of my 800ish Elo. Does anyone else notice this?

Estimated ratings a based on a combination of the player's ratings and the associated accuracies. The exact same game played by players with a lot lower rating would be lower estimates or with higher ratings, higher estimates.

Thank you. Thats what I was figuring what was going on. I dont agree with it on a per game rating basis. Single game play should be rated the same across the board per similar move. It doesnt help lower elo rated players to play a 95% game and only see a 1500 rating when that rating should be higher.
