Why Can't I Uncastle a Castle ?
:) The brain that came up with the idea for the game chess was full of genius and imagination. Until today nothing has compared to it in terms of strategy, commitment, vision and focus. Maybe it should remain as it was intended to be, a work of art really.
I'm sure as I pursue this, I'll get a very large dosage of 'told-offs'. But, it'll only strengthen my resolve.
In the end ?....I feel that chess needs a once over. Kind of a scrubbing in those hard to reach regions....if you will.
And you can be rest assured (as he is right now) that BF would in full agreement with me right now.
Wrong....wrong....you're ohhh so wrong !
I'm sure getting used to u being wrong alot....
....frustrating.
....and to remind your brain about something ?....which seems like a reoccurring event these dayz ?....that I'm not lobbying for a recastle like whatcher trying to walk me into.
I'm not going there....nope....especially with you !

Please explain us then why a player can uncastle his castling but he can't castle again.
Have u not read my posts ?....hello ?....respect needs to be shown (something you know nothing of) to one-time single-side darlings looking for an attack to remember.
So I uncastle & flop to a oppside castle. Pleez....learn about what's really going on in play and study a little history as to why castling became a part of the game.
Now. Do u need more walking-thru ?
Remember jengy, step by step....baby ones preferred. (he should be the 1st 1 2 know about being a baby....)
So many posts since I last visited this thread. Lola, I had a dream about your legs and a chessboard. Best...dream...ever.
You can only move your king TWO ways:
- Move to any adjoining square
- By Castling: the king is transferred from its original square two squares towards the rook on its original square, then that rook is transferred to the square the king has just crossed.
Any other square besides the square the king is on before the first move of the game is not the original square.
Lola just doesn’t get it…
I also think there should be a rule that states that one time only during a game a player can choose from one of their captured opponent's pieces and throw it as hard as they can at their forehead. This will create much more strategic play as to wether you go with a first strike using a pawn or wait until you capture a piece with a bit more mass to it. This will also promote less forced queen swaps. You wouldn't want to be placing your queen in your opponent's hand first. ;) The rule should also point out that no player shall reach across the board clenching the more pointier bishop and just planting in an opponent's forehead.
Adding a little physicality to the game could draw even greater interest from the likes of the major sports along with the neaderthals of the world. Heck, could even lead to lucrative TV deals. smiles..

A man's home is his castle, and then again it's his home
Well, sometimes ppl go thru foreclosure. Why can't it happen in chess too ?
