Why Do We Play Chess?

Chess is a diversion. While playing, you concentrate only on the game and forget all the stressors in real life.

I enjoy the struggle for improvement. 

I want to exercise my mind, coupled with the fun of Chess.

I play chess because I do not know  better?

           or

because we got chess.com

          or

someone gave me a free chess set when I was nine!

I traded in my bossy wife , who didnt like chess, for a wife who isnt bossy and loves chess and am much happier ! 

In  cahess game, if you win everytime , then you are wasting your time. but if you loss everytime, then there is a challenge that only you can do about it...
