Thank You, Martin Stahl! I found the mail in one of my emails and also misunderstood how the drops are activate, that the email is necessary! I never used Drops and thought it should just activate after claiming it on Twitch account, as its now connected with chess.com, but looks like I somehow misread or missed part if explanation. My fault!

Do I have to watch the stream on twitch or on chess.com?

Hello Martin, I'm having the same issue, but didn't receive any e-mails (neither on the e-mail address connected to my Twitch.tv nor on my e-mail address connected to Chess.com). Could I get some help please?

I did check all email accounts (twitch/ chess.com) , spam/junk folder and I got no email with a redeem code, I got the twitch drop 10 mins ago , activated on twitch and linked my chess.com account

Heya! To earn the 14 days of free premium, you must first connect your Chess.com and Twitch accounts and then watch the 4 hours. If you watch and connect your accounts later, the drop won't work.
If you followed the directions but didn't get the Twitch Drop and didn't see an email from us to activate it, please send a help request to our amazing support team here: support@chess.com
