I've noticed that the Facebook application was the culprit. When a tab with the FB application was open, the browser would freeze once in a while. When I closed it, it works fine. Write to Help & Support.

Perhaps ninevah meant that that you could report the problem directly to chess.com by using the Help & Support link at the bottom of every page.
intermittent-connection-issue-affecting-all-site-areas have been noticed intermittently - but they are connection problems not freezing.
I'm seeing lots of delays, long downloading times and such lately with chess.com and Facebook Chess.com application. Is it just me, and my internet connection (everything else works fine) or is there some repair work or something done on servers? Is there some tech notification channel telling about slowing of databases, Twitter messages or something?
