As mentioned, if you're playing any Daily games, you'll likely lose on time. If you're the owner in any club, you'll be removed from the ownership role. Other than that, your account will stay the same. You'll also have to open a ticket with support to reopen.
You will lose your games by time out. But you remain with your clubs and admins and forums.
Just don't CLOSE your account. TURN IT INACTIVE.

Your account is online. So it could be accessed by many devices. If you delete a chess.com App in one device it does not have implications on your online account. And it could be reaccessed if you reinstall the App.
