Challenges from Blocked Players

Recently, there has been this guy @dutchess83, who challenges me everyday at least 7 times. It bothers me a lot, and I blocked him. He is still challenging me! How do I stop him from challenging me? I don't want to restrict challenges, because other people will not be able to challenge me.

I played him like 4 times and guess what the score is

I have him blocked

Message him and ask him to stop and that you are not interested in playing him.  If he is real obnoxious, he might keep challenging.  But it could work also.

Oh, depends on your operating system.  If Windows, then find your snipping tool in your programs.  Once you find it, pin it to your task bar for later.

If you have windows, an easier way to do it is press the windows button on your keyboard, then at the same time press "prt sc", or print screen.

Yeah, make sure to bring this to the attention of the staff, as they should never be able to do that.

As an ultimate resource, if blocking does not work, you can report it to site adms. and have them take action.
