hello,

I already purchased a gold account but as i can see diamond membership is more suitable for my case.

Is it possible to pay the difference in cash and obtain the diamond or platinum membership, or i have to pay all of their value?

Thank you.

If you go into the upgrade screen, on the website at least, you will see an amount on credit. If you upgrade to diamond, that amount will be applied to your purchase.

Thank you for your reply. However i didn't manage to find the "amount of credit" you specified at he upgrade screen...there are only options for upgrading your account with the usual prices , plus 40% cut for the yearly subs..

Is that on the website?

You will see that price on the main screen, but once you actually purchase it you will see the lower rate.

I've asked someone from our billing team to reach out to you to assist.

i asked for gold cancelling (i'm between 30 day period), so i would then buy the full diamond...

Thanks!

You can, but will pay for the upgrade unless you current credit has enough to cover the cost of the term of Diamond you want.
