lost on time with time still left and while waiting for opponent to move, this has happened twice in two days.
Known issue. Moves aren’t being sent to the other player. Offering a draw prompts the last move to be sent. Hopefully they’ll fix the bug soon

Staff are testing a fix of the iOS app and will hopefully be released this week.

It's been tested and approved by Apple and will be available in the App Store soon if not already - it's version 3.9.16 (2). See clock stuck? - Chess Forums - Page 5 - Chess.com
