I am sorry but you missed my point. This is an American site and its owners seem to follow their government (the U.S. recognized Republic of Kosovo among first countries). If it were a Czech, Canadian ... site it would likely be the same, if it were a Serbian, Russian ... site there would probably be no Kosovo available.
The owners do not have to agree with the U.S. administration. Someone could ask the same question you did about Taiwan, Catalonia, etc. and even about two special administrative regions of China - Hong Kong and Macao.
