can you please let me know a few things:
1) What device are you using? (PC/Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone)
2)What Operating System? (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac, Ubuntu, Android, Iphone)
3) What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari)
Hopefully we can identify and provide a solution to your problem

Yes, the little icon at the top of the comment post that looks like a tree. It is usually easiest if you save the paint file on your desktop, because then it is easy to browse to.

WELL I DIDNT GET IT TO DESKTOP THE BIG BUT I DID GET TO EITHER TASKBAR OR START MENU.

your problem is your browser, internet explorer is not supported as much these days by a lot of websites, i would suggest the following:
1) Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
2) Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome

i tried annastien the pics in paint will not come through n anna fanna banna with the big cabanna i just sit n grin or smile whatever mood im in, hahaha ok seriously now can u help me to find the right app if u even think i need 1cause i can do it without on 2 other websites but another n chess.com i cannot i have an android cell phone n i want to play chess games just like on phone the same games i play on computer.
but I dont know anything about android apps, did you manage to contact chess.com staff for help?
