i cant chat

ive played 33 games so far, activated my account and still cant talk during game when im using a pc. I can chat just fine when I'm using the app but it says chat is disabled in PC. I'm not ban in anyway so how do i fix this

chat can be disabled by the opponent. It's not your fault!

But so far all my games i wasn't able to talk. Is disabled chat a default setting?

It can be.

Try to go in setting page (live chess section).

You should find all about chat.

Ok, let's try this:

Setting -> Live chess -> Alerts -> in "Chat Requests" choose everybody ("Game chat" also)
