Slow hand gestures???   I can't, I'm playing Mendelson.

I use slow hand gestures. Most of them on replay though, when I do super-slow-motion on my camera.

So can they read other's people messages, and then tell someone else about them just because they want to know?

What if the private message is using cipher?

TheGrobe

Well if you're going to go through that much trouble why not just exchange e-mail addresses?

Email is not secure in Ukraine.

Believe or not ... but internal social site email like on here many times more secure from snooping than regular email.

Especially when you are at the front of major geopolitik conflict with Bolsheviks.

Привіт Олег! Як ви робите в UA? Сподіваюся, що ви в безпеці. Вчора був мій день народження, і коли я повернувся 58 мої очі були прикуті до телевізора, але мої думки були з вами люди! Слава Україні.

We brothers and sisters of Ukraine are ready to combat Bolshevik menace in the streets:

I fall into the "why the heck would an admin want to browse users' messages" camp. If there's a good reason, such as proving a violation of the TOS, then that's fine. I can't imagine an admin going through messages just to see what they could learn. They'd probably go through thousands of pages of drivel for every juicy tidbit they find.
When someone leaves our company their email is often an important company resource that contains correspondance with suppliers, customers, coworkers, etc. Before anyone else can be given access to that email someone has to go through and sanitize it. That's usually me. I have to archive or delete any HR related or personal email. It is a slimy job but if I didn't do it someone less ethical might be tapped for the job.
My opinion is that Exchange/Outlook is a much better email program than Lotus Notes. Lotus Notes is a good database program that happens to also do email. I've used Notes quite a bit but never managed it so this opinion is probably worth less than the paper it's printed on.

JOHNNY MUSACHA seems pretty suspicious to me Ukraine Chess.

I don't need to know anything about someone who's not playing with a full deck.
