Hmm, this is the same problem that Yahoo has had for years now. If it is exactly how you describe it, I hope they fix it soon!

weird. i haven't seen that before. can you message me the date, approximate time, and your opponent name so i can check the logs?

Opponent name: I don't remember, but it might help you to know that he was the last person I played in live chess (as of now).
Please fix this problem as fast as you can.

I appear to have another problem now. When I click 'Create seek' for the second time (after I specify the details, that is), nothing happens. I hope you can help me with that.

I have had this problem at yahoo before, I think it's more of a client issue. You, or your partner is having some kind of connection issues.

ok. we're working hard on all bugs. a new live chess is coming in about 2-3 weeks!
on yahoo chess, if you have a double check and mate, there was a bug that prevented the loser from losing. the computer thinks both checks can be stopped, white had to wait for blacks time to run out
you guys need to organise a re-connect feature. I lost my connection the other day and also today. Both times I just sat there and waited but opponent never moved. Later I found out I had lost over 100 points for doing nothing wrong.
At http://www.s3dconnector.net they have live games (settlers not chess) and if someone drops their connection everything just pauses until they reconnect. If there is no attempt to reconnect within a given time then the person is penalized. Could you do something similar?
Enjoying the site though. That's my only gripe!
Oh another one is having to pay so much for the chess mentor. I run a chess club and would really like the kids to use the chess mentor but its price restrictive.
i had the same problem with ataibn, just this few minutes ago i played blitz with samba. He's run out of time and with the game in general but i don't know what had happened. it just freezed. and there's no result then until now. thanks

Lately, I played a game in live chess, and my opponent, in a losing position, didn't move. Obviously, he ran out of time. However, for some reason, he didn't automatically lose. Please fix this peoblem.
