Live Server goes offline randomly

Hi,

Today there is this problem, live server simply goes offline (at least from my location) and of course game is lost.

Happened two times today already, for a brief period of time.

I checked it from BiH and NL (have VPS there) and live server IP is inaccessible  from both places at same time, when this happens.

Did this happened to someone else, or it's just me ? :)

It happened to me just now too. I was playing a much lower ranked player, and I lost 11 ranking points due to losing by abandonement :(

It is still unavailable to me 11:17 GMT

I had the same problem about 20 minutes ago on the live server...

Had this problem as well.  Trying to play a 45|45 tourney game today, absolute joke.  People who want to play long chess are basically forced to go elsewhere if this continues.

...and Live Server is back in the room 11:22 GMT

Yeah there was some kind of a site wide problem a few minutes ago.  I couldn't access videos for a while.  Interesting that it took down the live server at the same time.  Probably some kind of regular maintenance that required a partial shutdown or maybe they're testing V3.

It would be nice if they at least informed members of maintenance rather than just shutting down the server while people are trying to play...if that is what was going on.

I dont think this is server it self fault, rather it could be related to network connection problems.

Anyway, such things happen, so nothing much to do but report and wait.

We did have some network issues at our ISP / datacenter today. I'm very sorry - it was outside of our control. But the datacenter has fixed the issue. My apologies!
