Message from a nonfriend
zhikaihuang, donot worry about revenge. Guys of Bob type unfortunately will always be on this server, so one guy less or one guy more, does not really matter, believe me
I know how this bug works :) I have exploited this bug too, just not to send abusive messages... But rather the opposite instead :)
um, poryg, it's not really a bug. its more of this technique that some computers have for you to see the parts of the website.
I'm not offended, but just saying, I don't support Donald Trump. In fact, no one in my school does
I AM DONALD TRUMP AND I AM MAD AT YOU. I WILL NOW ATTACK YOU INDETENTION
*@ a press conferance*
WE ALL NOW THE CUDDLY MONKEY NAMED INDETENTION. GUESS WHAT, HE IS EVIL :O>
TO BO CONTINUED....

Sorry, I was referring to the original topic of the forum, that is message from a nonfriend to you when you have set your privacy settings to Friends only.
After all I was too lazy to read the full discussion to see if the problem was resolved or not... Well, if not, I can explain it well :} although if I do, maybe it will mean that the bug will be unexploitable anymore...
Web pages are html, and you can get the code and change the text in it and display it locally, but it has zero effect on how the web site operates - there's no way to publish it so that other people see the same thing, that would be a genuine hack.
It is, however, why Chess.com support doesn't necessarily accept screen shots as verification of something someone has said. When reporting abuse, it's always best to leave the offending user note or message and let the Support staff delete it after they've verified it. Screen shots of live chess chat have a little more weight, as they're a little harder to fake, but it's also why offenders don't get actioned straight away.

you know your stuff!
Well, it is what I guessed either, you change the location of some banners of my page, for instance, and change what they say by making changes on the source code of the page.
I know that I did not get a satisfactory answer to my original question yet, but now I believe that usage of some bug of chess.com, that is, some hacking, could have taken place.

It wouldn't have been hacking: more likely that it was an inconsistency in the block checking between various versions. Newengland7 had the most obvious example of someone he'd blocked still being able to post in his threads. I'd thought it was resolved in a suibsequent update, but maybe not - if it happens again, you should report it to the support team via the usual channels or - if you're using v3 - using the "Report a Bug" scarab / icon on every screen.
