Hi Chess.com Support,
I forgot the password and email for my old account: **dylanthegreat2015**. I didn’t realize that creating a second account was against the rules, so I made this one: **dylan2015thegreat**.
I want to follow the rules and close the old account, but I don’t have access to the email I used back then and can't remember it.
Can you please help me with this?
