I find it usually happens when I have multiple tabs open and my RAM is overworked
Pieces are sometimes low FPS when I first pick them up

Sometimes when I drag around the pieces with my mouse at first it's laggy-looking and then it smooths out, it's not super bad but it's noticeable and kind of driving me crazy. I'm on a pretty decent PC fully updated everything using firefox with hardware acceleration turned on, but turning it off doesn't change anything. My CPU utilization is around 2-4% when I'm not doing anything and never goes higher than 11% when I'm moving a piece around with my mouse. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
