Pre paid diamond membership disappeared

Has anyone else had problems with their membership time remaining disappearing. I pre paid my diamond membership in august 17 for the year. During that time I was gifted a month which registered on my transactions and then I was gifted a free month by chess.com and now my membership says it expires next month. So they actually took 8 months away from me instead of adding an extra month. I tried contacting chess.com but have received no answers back. Now I noticed the gift membership that my friend gave me has disappeared from the list as well. I really which chess.com would fix this issue because they can see in the transactions I pre paid for the year and they should have a record of the month gift my friend bought for me. This is so frustrating because I don't have enough money to pay again for the membership I already paid for. Please chess.com fix this or at least message me. I feel so cheated. Are they doing this deliberately because I complained about not being able to log on?

You'll need to wait for support to get back with you. They recently have had a lot of tickets, so may take a little longer than normal but will get back to you.

Oh, really! Then nobody can get a plan of diamond membership.I am very sorry that I could not get a free month of it last year because of my cards. But my best friend said then that it is enough to play chess and to talk with friends here. 

Sorry to hear that chess. com didn't give you the membership before ending it...

Marvin, I’m sure Chess.com has a record of all this, but they HAVE been having growth pains lately.

The same thing happened to me when 3-check club gave me my free month of membership. I lost time instead of gaining it. I immediately notified chess.com support. They fixed it in a few days, but this was a few months ago. I heard from a chess.com staffer that they are overwhelmed right now. Thousands of accounts are being created every day, and it is overloading their system.

Hopefully everything will get corrected ok. The transaction record for the gold membership I was gifted from playing in the 3 check tourneys has totally disappeared from my transaction record as well. I'm trying to find the email but I'm pretty sure it was deleted. Next time any transactions happen I'm going to take a screen shot plus save the email just incase something like this happens again. Live and learn I guess.
