The problem was caused by another app. I disinstalled it, and now I can log in!

Hello,
I have a problem with Iphone app: I can't access because everytime it asks me to log in, but when I insert my username and pass, an error appear: "Your session has expired, please log in again". No problem instead with the web access.
Here you can see a screenshot of Iphone app.
Could you please help me?
