Problem with my alerts

they reappear after I clear them. I did it twice and it still happens. also, you can see that I removed my mouse and they appeared again. Also, these are old alerts. Also, I have tried clearing them one by one it doesn't work.

how do I get rid of them?

It's a known issue with older alerts and staff are aware and looking into it.

The bugged alerts can't be removed. They are loading from the back-end database and viewing or clearing doesn't clear from that location, so the bugged alerts will show up again.

In other words suck it up and live with it.
