Tactics Trainer Problem

I've been having this problem with Tactics Trainer on my iPhone for a few weeks. When I make my move on the third tactic it goes straight to "Exceeded Daily Limit...". I don't get any feedback on the move or any retry. I assume I'm not the only one with the problem. I have restarted my phone but I haven't tried reinstalling the app. Any other ideas? Is this a known glitch?

Well this is one reason I hate posting on forums - half the people who respond think they understand the problem when they really don't and most of the other half just make snarky comments that only detract from finding a solution. Alas I will try to explain the problem again, perhaps this time someone who actually knows what they're talking about will find the strength to respond. Even better the people who make the app can comment on whether it's a known bug or not.

To be clear the iPhone app has NOT exhibited this problem before this current version. I've played Tactics Trainer many times and I'm very familiar with its limitations. I am well aware I only get a few shots at determining the correct moves and I understand that I only get three tactics per day.

So the problem is: when I open Tactics Trainer I get TACTIC 1, make my moves and get "Problem Solved." Then I get TACTIC 2, make my moves and get "Problem Solved." However when TACTIC 3 comes around as soon as I make my move, ANY MOVE, I get no feedback at all. The app simply goes straight to the message "Daily Limit Exceeded...".

In prior versions when I would make my move on the 3rd tactic I would either get the "Retry...Solution..." menu or the "Problem Solved" feedback and only THEN would it go to the "Daily Limit Exceeded..." message. Now on the third tactic it goes straight to the "Daily Limit Exceeded..." message without giving any feedback on the move made for the third tactic.

Hopefully THAT explanation of the problem, although more wordy than the first, is also more clear.
