Why can't I change my country/flag?

i said i changed it a few days ago
i tried to change it again about 10 times now

you can also go to the mobile app and if you go to settings it will show you what flag and the name

What happens when you try?
Well sometimes it will save but only while I am in the settings page. if I go to a different page (even after saving it and I have tried saving it more than one) and go back to the profile setting page, it will be Netherlands again.
I can't edit my bio anymore too. It will save but when I exit my profile settings page my bio is the same as before.
I did have a bio problem before but it was that I couldn't save my bio by taking me to a page called "Error 502" or something
