I have already tried restarting the internet and I still disconnect plus it is chess.com who has to get more servers and it is NOT my fault anymore it is his now.

Once all games are on the new RCN servers, you should see an improvement but the site can not solve all lag issues.
Also why is martinstahl not responding to my complaints of disconnection because it is horrible
I already provided support articles regarding that.
