game keeps freezing

For the past week I have had problems with live chess freezing. The clocks stop but doesn’t show any disconnects. The suddenly it comes active and minutes are gone from clock. Makes it hard to play. Anyone else have this problem?
Yea about a week ago the same thing started happening to my games! I end up having to draw even if I’m way ahead. Even happened one move before checkmate one time!

Exactly the same.... offering a draw unfreezes the game but well you have to offer a draw😂
I have the same issue with my iPhone.
it’s worth pointing out this is only happening since they have reformatted the Blitz ratings.
Yes I am playing on iOS devices. Happens randomly on iPad and iPhone.
Since yesterday i have a probleem with live chess. When i will started a game, than crash the app on my Android phone. I have deleted the app en download him again, but nothing helps.
Hope they fix. Not too interested in playing this way.
I have the same thing when playing on my iPhone. If you exit App and the relaunch it, your game is still in progress and you can carry on. Annoying but at least you don’t have to offer draw!

Yes, SO so frustrating. I have lost 3 games now like this from winning positions. I am thinking of switching to lichess because of this bug. The only way I have found to get the clock ticking again is to offer a draw, which opponents are very happy to accept, even after explaining the situation to them, they still all accept a draw. Where is chess.com's reply to this problem, and where has chess sportsmanship gone to!

These forums become overloaded with players complaining time glitches and yet, chess.com continues to blame the victim if ever they react at all: “it’s lag on your connection”... yeah right,and by pure coincidence that’s only if you play on chess.com. See you on Lichess friends.

Have the same problem on multiple PCs with very good connection - incredibly frustrating - especially in 3min blitz it's almost an automatic loss if it happens in the later stage of the game (although I regularly refresh the page now if I feel my opponent "thinks" too long) - please fix this!

Lag.com strikes again. Bullet is unplayable. Bilichess works fine meanwhile.
