Live Chess not working.

Hi, this is my first time writing in this forum, but recently (for the past 2 -ish months) I've been playing bullet a lot. In the past few-ish days, I've been having trouble connecting to chess.com live play. Like, the moment I try to play a game, there's a huge lag where the pieces load on the screen and between clicking a piece and chess.com registering that I have clicked on it. It has become difficult for me to play even one move because the game has such a huge lag for me. In my various attempts to play bullet games before disconnecting, I beleive that I have utilized all of my grace aborts as the last time I attempted to play I found that my rating had declined as I think I have aborted too many games. This is getting frustraing as I have never had this issue before. Is anyone else experiencing this? What can I do to fix this. In advance, thanks for your help.

Alos, I was wondering when I could get my aborts back?
