Premove Problem?

I am no longer able to premove when playing bullet chess, why?  This is very frustrating especially if you know the line.

Click on the link below, enable premoves, save settings, refresh your live chess page (not during a game though)

if that fails to get it working, try this:

same url as artfizz posted,  disable premoves (removing the checkmark does that), save settings.  close out of chess.com and close browser completely.

reopen browser, return to chess.com and click on settings.  enable premoves, save settings, and now, it should work.   (this worked for me).

Thx guys.  Checking the premove box worked but I never unchecked it.  So, why did it happen?

Where is the enable premove option?

i cant even premove more than 1 time on pc

Both the apps and the website have their own live chess settings. You'll find the premove switch there.

in setting it does say anyting about premoving

It's in settings for iOS, Android, and web

I cant enable pre-moves. every time I refresh or play a game it resets and it's kinda annoying
