The best solution is no less than 28 moves.
Edit: The best solution is no less than 27 moves, sorry.

If it is true that it is impossible to beat 27 moves, do I get to post the next position?
I am just about 100% certain that 27 moves is the best possible. If it's unbeatabel then I see no other reason not to let you post the next one. The only problem I can see is that other people that can't see why it is unbeatable may not like it.
I spent a while looking for a 27 move solution and missed that path for the queen. Nice job finding that. When I was looking for different capture setups I apparently missed the one you used.
and how will this improve my chess skills? I need to focus my training time on constructive stuff.
Sorry to hear your chess skills are so bad then.
How are his skills bad if he focuses on something more constructive?
Pointless puzzles like this will never help your game.
They are a waste of time.

Why do people think that the sole purpose of chess puzzles is to improve the chess game? Much of the time puzzle's aren't intended to help your game at all.
like the puzle with an underpromotion to each peice and then finaly you promote to queen wining the game.
Unfortunately, I cannot get the diagrams to work. Below is the FEN and PGN of the diagram, and if someoen can post the diagram, that would be great. If I can get it to work again, I'll post it.
FEN: 3rr3/2Kpp3/3pp3/3pp3/3PP3/3PP3/3PPk2/3RR3 w - - 0 1
PGN: [Date "????.??.??"] [result "*"] [fen "rnbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w KQkq - 0 1"]
[Result "*"]
[FEN "3rr3/2Kpp3/3pp3/3pp3/3PP3/3PP3/3PPk2/3RR3 w - - 0 1"]

Oops, my mistake, I believe the first one was reachable. Given how many of these I've done you'd think I wouldn't forget about pawn promotions.
Afteer you said that it was impossible, I tried to solve it. Although beforehand I had made sure that it was mathematically possible, I hadn't actually solved it. When I couldn't solve it after one try, I had assumed that you were correct.
I now have solved the puzzle (in 42 moves - I have no clue if that is good or not). I also deleted the second one.
The (first) puzzle goes until noon next Thursday (June 28).
Easy one.
