I agree with the part about Viroh. He’s a very inappropriate person and me and 2 other admins in my club had to keep on banning him. But guess what? He has multiple alts, and chess.com hasn’t IP banned him!

Ever since January this year there have been a lot of unnecessary mutes and bans, but unfortunately, chess.com will certainly almost never read this and mods don't get paid so they have no reason to care.
