now, if this homework assignment is critical for a grade, i could be persuaded to offer my expertise in exchange for toilet paper.

Heck with your expertise it would be more fun to find out what happened when you ran out of TP!

I know this is Nothing but I have to know what lame rods were in charge of giving the DC batteries their letter ID's. Ok we have D battery which is the largest, then comes the smaller C battery; so far that makes sense. Now the lame rods totally leave out a B battery and names the next one the AA battery (as if there was actually a real A battery)

Now floundering in the swamp they have made they name the next smaller battery the AAA battery.

Even a moron could have come up with 4 different batteries called D,C,B, and A.

AA Batteries always remind me of these things:

Also effective against tanks.

AA and AAA batteries are over 100 years old, but I am not sure exactly when those names were introduced. I think technically they are cells - batteries are stacks of cells.

Hell no! I also thought I that I would never see the day when the Woman and I couldn't out for dinner either.

chyss

I wish I could remember the day after tomorrow but not tomorrow.

It might be easier if you could remember the day after yesterday.

#16833 Had to read it twice Hess. I hope I remember that the day before tomorrow...

autobunny

Wouldn't that be premembering instead of remembering?

badenwurtca

Ah yes DrSpudnik that would the famous 88 cannon ( 88 mm bore ), a very dangerous gun.

chyss

'Premembering' sounds excellent. Let's develop that technology instead of non-stick pans.

autobunny

better than dismembering, the  bunny supposes

52yrral

As I stroll thru  swirling wisps

of mourning fog

I premember back

and forth

of earlier days

in futures cast

in olden times

This reminds me from the time I was doing postdictions (and not predictions).

Could just be a predilection for diction.  This message is endorsed by dick nixon.

autobunny

Got another red warning message when the bunny tried to change diction to fiction. Counting down to auto mute.

52yrral

Oye vey! Maybe the automod is trying to compensate for increased site usage with more mutes!

autobunny

they should be handing out masks instead of mutes.  at least they could be useful otherwise while serving the same purpose.
