well, sometimes it was a mistake, for example 1) You can appeal and if the appeal is succesful, then chess.com made a mistake
2) It could have been a bot (Eg: On 10/26/2020, @Vinumonz555 got banned for an hour due to losing so many 1 sec games in a row, so bot thought he was sandbagging but he wasn't)
