Well. To me, I have feelings but it’s just harder to find them, so I have to take a minute and ask myself how I am. It doesn’t really make sense for someone to NOT feel happy or content or anything.

If you are happy, stuff can happen that could make you sad. Being sad or happy affects decision making and reduces performance. You can’t control the world around you completely. You might be happy or sad and switch the next second. You can, however, control yourself.
