(Pretty sure it's not geniune)
ho, chess. com community! It's me, the broth'r who doesn't fit in. (That doesn't matter, I just bethought the truth wast comical. ) Lately, I've been seeing a gross amount of, "I'm closing mine account, " and such, and in earnest, yeah, it's kinda depress'd to see people leaveth, but life goeth on. Besides, nine out of ten times, you've nev'r actually hath met the person who's leaving, and while it's true that you've hath developed an actual friendship with those folk (probably, anyway), thee don't very much knoweth who those gents art. But lest I getting ahead of myself. lest I not hither to criticize either the closing party or the people who art depress'd, lest I hither to state mine mind on the matter, and maybe, just maybe receiveth thither to beest less drama at which hour someone closes their account.
wherefore don't we start with the basics? Whenever someone posts a thread saying they're going to close their account, there's a long line of comments saying things like, "NOooooOOoOOoo dOn'T leaveth! " That's fine, thou art naturally fell. The problem I has't with this is some people reply and sayeth, "There's nothing thee can doth to cease me. depress'd. pngsad. pngsad. png" well enow, buddy. if 't be true there's nothing I can doth to cease thee, then effing close the alas account. in earnest, thee very much beginneth to wonder if 't be true those gents coequal has't the balls to close, and then half an hour anon those gents finally maketh their decision. Like, if 't be true thee wanna close, post thy farewell, state a reason wherefore, and then close. It's that's simple. thee don't has't to spark a four-page (about 80ish comments) back and forth because thou art not mentally addressed to do't. JUST. EFFING. do't!
To end this short little snip-teen rail, I wanteth to sayeth that one, it's well enow to wanteth someoen not to close their account, just don't groweth overly attached to those folk, two, don't beest a douche, and three, if 't be true thou art going to close thy account, maketh t snappy but understandable so that people at least has't some closure.
