I find the player pool on lichess to be faster, but a bit weaker, compared to the player pool at chess.com.
Over here, the players seem to be a bit slower, but a bit more accurate.
Not always, though. But as a general trend, it's what I've noticed with the opponents I've faced.
My theory is that the instant pre-moves, on lichess, has made speed more of a concern there. So blitz players there have adapted to play quicker, and to think a little less, to avoid being punished on the clock.
(This is excluding titled players, who are obviously strong on both sites.)
