I did kind of intend this to be a more classic rock forum but as I said anything goes... Cool listen

A few years ago I worked with a guy from Venezuela who'd been in the U.S. maybe 3 years at most & he said he didn't speak English until he got here, so he was still learning it. Somehow we were talking about music tastes and he said his favorite type of music was classical. So I'm thinking Mozart, Beethoven, etc. I'm like "oh, so u like real mellow, laid back stuff like classical... ok, thats cool" and he goes "yeah classical, like ACDC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aerosmith, like that." He was mixing up classic rock with the word classical. I thought it was funny. I explained the difference to him.

I can not tell you how angry it makes me when people wear Nirvana (or Sublime) shirts without knowing what Nirvana is.

An ex girlfriend of mine had a Ramones T-shirt she often wore. She did not react happily when one day I asked her to name a Ramones song 😆
