The whole world is not infected.
It is extremely unlikely that the whole world will become infected but if it was, your WiFi connection would break and you'd run out of ramen and you'd have to venture outside eventually.

You can blame the CDC. The SARS vaccine was ready for testing years ago. No one wanted to cough up a few million for the human clinical trials.
So now, the world economies are losing hundreds of billions because of another coronavirus.
The vaccine won't be ready for at least a year because they don't know what adjuvant to use. If the SARS vaccine had been fully tested, a new vaccine could be ready in a few months for the current coronavirus outbreak.
Proof that you can't fix stupid.
Uh?
Mostly south american countries, however some have cases.
Guys it's just a bad cold, just like your grandparents can die from the flu it's the same thing. So long as you don't have pre existing health conditions and even if, like diabetes, and such you got no fear really. It's also not like the cold in that there is only one strain that we know of, so it's only possible to get it once.
