Johns Hopkins added a lot more functionality to their worldwide map today, and also added a US map (https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/us-map) that makes some hotspots clear that were not before...

WHO isn't really responsible for countries not taking actions or not taking actions quickly enough. The WHO actually upgraded the epidemic to pandemic quite quickly, and everyone saw what happened in China, countries are to blame for thinking they would get avoid the crisis or downplaying it, the WHO is not to blame.
