Do you have anything you want to discuss about the outbreak that is factual and/or that comes from a reputable news source?  I'm fairly lenient on that front, but Infowars is not going to cut it.

He's having them do all the dirty work for 89 days. The law says you don't get benifits unless you've been activated for 90 days...

This CDC case study documents in great detail a case where 2 infected people at a church event infected 35 out of 90 other people during a 5 day period.  Community spread was tracked to 26 other people directly from there, and there were 3 deaths from the church event, and 1 from the trackable community spread. 

This is a sterling example of how high the transmission rate is for people that are not following social distancing guidelines.  This was a rural Arkansas community in a town of 25,000 people, by the way, not in NY/NJ or something.

France24 was credited as a reliable source of information by Marie-Anne Liz, so I guess this information this is not some so called "Chinese propaganda" as I was accused to do.

Although the survey was only made on 2000 people, which is not a lot for this kind of survey, it is still interesting to see that a country with "best journalism" has still a huge issue with misinformation. One number which is very interesting is that 26% of the people surveyed said that they believe the virus, I quote "was engineered as a bioweapon in a Chinese lab and released into the general population ". Are there some bad feelings towards China floating in the air?

One can still make a case for Chinese people believing in conspiracy theories, 95% of them watch TikTok all the time and are nationalist at heart, and the information the government provides can be "tampered with". But, I think we can also make a case on the fact that, at least during this pandemic, misinformation is king in the west, even in the USA and Canada who are bth countries who take pride in free and honest journalism.

Therefore, I still do not deny journalism is not great here (it sucks) and that Uighurs are imprisoned, people's rights lawyers too etc... However, maybe some of the people in this discussion could reflect on whether journalism is as impartial and as great as they think, for I believe that during this pandemic it has been shown quite clearly that not everything is perfect in that matter in western countries.

Yes, there is misinformation in China (and thanks to some people for blasting me with their links about HOW BAD IS CHINA) - I know misinformation is widespread here - but it turns out there is in the west too. And misinformation is bad anywhere it happens, and its influence and negative force is sadly heightened during this time of pandemic.
