I believe in Kama.

I don't believe in “as you sow shall you grow” idea, but I think we should be kind and fair to others regardless. My mom who's a Buddhist, my dad who's a Hindu and the majority of my friends who are also mostly religious believe in karma. Someone who's a good person only because of a book is inherently a bad person because they won't be so nice in the absence of that book.
I have experienced karma once in chess.com. Long story short, I was playing with a 1500 rated (I was 900) and he got disconnected. I knew I would lose anyway and didn't want the free points so I resigned. The next game was with a 1300 rated and he fell for the fried liver attack and after about 10 moves, blundered his bishop and resigned. In the overall "transaction" I got about 13 points lol.
If you behave bad, people won't like you
Bad people are well liked by other bad people. These individuals help each other when their objectives are compatible. We still have fascists everywhere, even in libtard Hollywood. Who can forget when Ye wanted to go Death Con 3 on Jewish people? Kanye still has fans all around the world. I still listen to his older music. You've Florida schools where they teach students that Black people benefited from slavery because it taught useful skills. The British would have us believe that colonization was advantageous for India. People will love you in spite of your bad actions if those bad actions benefit them. And I didn't even mention how often sneaky, manipulative people get away with their BS on interpersonal level.
Karma is real and inevitable, both good and bad. You absorb whatever vibration you are from the universe. High vibration (love, truth, honesty, compassion, peaceful, happy, etc.) will absorb the same from the universe, and low vibration (anger, hate, spite, anxiety, deceitful, etc.) will absorb low vibration.
Additionally, buddhist believe you carry your karma into your next life. Do you think that’s possible?
