you will know when you begin to get erectile problems. overuse of caffeine has that effect.
How addictive is caffeine?
Caffeine is mildly addictive. Luckily, it doesn't seem to require larger and larger doses to get the same effect. Withdrawal symptoms are usually mild headaches for a few days while your brain readjusts.
Every new study on caffeine seems to refute the previous study as to how harmful it is. I figure that if they haven't figured out if it's beneficial or harmful after all these years and studies then it can't be too harmful, if it is at all. Yes, I'm addicted. Going for my second cup now.

I've been drinking two or three cups of Foldgers instant coffee each day for the taste, sometimes as late as 12 at night, but never when I wake up. Sometimes it gets me jittery, but I'm not too bothered by that. I sleep well and can go a day without it just fine, but I sure do like the taste especially when I'm waiting for my rice to finish boiling. How much risk am I at for getting addicted to caffeine?
