Installing Window-Screens

Did you guys (yes, guys) ever installed a window-screen from a 30-years-ago technology? man, this Sucks. - putting the 'screen' is ultra-easy, getting the frame in and out is super hard. baaahh...

I'm sure you all have much to comment - I didn't open this thread just because I installed a window-screen and it didn't go so well. ah, and Youtube help for fixing your house is SO far away from reality... I don't think they make things up but, I guess the different of technologies is the problem?

example - opening a clogged sink. everybody and his brother on the internet, tells you to pour some acid into the sink. WRONG! it doesn't open anything, and a pro. told me that it may ruin the hose. you push a flexible hose - like a garden-hose for watering, into the sink-hoses, or a plumber-snake. the TAIL of the snake, not its head - if you'll push the head it will get stuck. even of you push the tail it may get stuck - use as last option only. pushing electric cords is also fine.

also, - installing a door cylinder - not so bad but, new cylinders has gotten deeper, so now you need to actually chisel the door [wooden door - make the hole deeper]. that's fine, but lots of work.
