"You know that just because I'm a rank below doesn't mean I lack any power."

"I'm just going to privatize it with some regulations."

"On the contrary, forcing the businesses to sell to us will produce the most resources."

"I have several labour laws in mind, but I'll flip the bill if anything goes wrong."

"Something else, Torch. I joined another army, and it looks like I might have to head back to their country soon since tensions seem to be brewing in many countries."

"I have family in that country and I needed to learn something to improve at being a soilder."

"Our army here is terrible."
