Not me but I have heard of it happening before, I would recommend being nice to them and polite .
Firstly, Chess.com is full of diversity. You can play a chess game, watch a streamer, do puzzles and participate in tournaments.
However, there is a whole community where people talk to each other, either by messages, quick chat, clubs or games. So you may get some friend requests from people that want to play with you, that want to talk with you, or just simply make a list that they call ''friends'' bigger.
I've seen that you started to talk on forums, I sometimes add people when I find them "interesting". Some people may think you're interesting, I guess.
But just enjoy Chess.com, by playing chess and/or using it as a social media.

sarah, it’s literally only your pfp that’s the ‘problem’. people see your pfp and say dang she beautiful and then wanna do something about it. if you really want to stop it, block the people that are messaging you, and change your pfp. but it’s your choice
Decline, Block, Report and Move on. That’s the strategy I’d recommend.

ofc you can choose your own pfp, but you cant choose how people will react to it. you shouldn’t get “harassed” for your pfp, but apparently that’s what’s happening. also, how is people complimenting your looks harassment? i’ll take compliments any day
