Brain fog can be part of being on the spectrum - keep a daily dairy listing how much sleep you had the night before, how much energy you have in the day, how physically active you have been and how forgetful that day for a month. Then take it to speak to your doctor. Set alarms on your phone morning and early evening to remind you to fill out your diary. Don’t worry if you forget to fill every day. 😊
