Is this normal?

So literally 2 minutes ago. Laying in my bed in the middle of the night. I was thinking. My usual routine. I would just sit or lay there, and just think. At some point it crossed my mind, if I could reach with my arms from my feet to my legs if I were to lay down.

So I got off of my bed, took two objects and laid down on the floor. I put one object where the top of my head was, and put the other object at the very bottom, touching my feet.

I shifted my body, and stretched both of my arms out. To my surprise, my arms’ width is longer than my height by about a centimeter.

Is this normal?

Because this is chess.com, and I’m used to seeing a lot of one word posts like “k” and “hi”. Can you say something other than just “yes”. So I know if your answering seriously.

And how do you think I’m trying to get attention? I’m not.

Yes it is, most people say that your total wingspan is supposed to be about the same as your height. However, many people have wingspans longer than their height ; for example, there are some American basketball players with wingspans 10+ centimetres longer than their height.

Just tried it myself, my arms' length is actually 1 or 2 centimetres shorter than my height. Interesting experiment !
